Many of our existing course locations were developed by
people just like you, who hosted an OPS course in their
area. All that is required are motivated students and a
safe, legal place to shoot. Hosting an OPS Class can be
done in one of two ways:
1. Round up a minimum of 8 paying students
and a safe, legal place to shoot (or in the case of a hand-to-hand
class, an indoor or outdoor area with clear, level footing,
appropriate to the weather), and the sponsor will receive
1 free slot for each 5 paying students.
2. Alternately provide an appropriate venue
and contract with OPS for a flat fee of $1275 per day plus
actual travel, meal, and lodging expenses. In this case,
the sponsor will keep any profits. This is also the option
most frequently used by our law enforcement and military
clients.
To reserve a date will require a 50% deposit,
in the first case from the minimum number of students, in
the second case from the sponsor or client.
OPS will publicize the class on our web site
and whenever a prospective student inquires by phone or
email about any classes in his or her area. OPS will also
provide master flyers and course literature to assist with
local marketing, and suggestions based on our longtime experience
teaching courses around the country and overseas.
